We want you to love your Lourian® products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on used nail gel or opened cosmetic items unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used or opened gel polish, builder gels, or other cosmetic liquids

Sale or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)

Gift cards or promotional items

Custom or special-order items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for affected items.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@louriangel.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for incorrect or damaged items).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank or credit card account

Then contact your payment provider—it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
