Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or postal service disruptions.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders. Please refer to our homepage banners or promotions for eligibility.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@louriangel.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
